By: Dr. (ND) Francis Appiah, Naturopathic Doctor Email: kofiappiah803@gmail.com Abstract   The prevalence of multiple sexual partners (MSPs) remains high worldwide, with sub‑Saharan Africa reporting some of the most pronounced rates, especially among young adults (UNAIDS, 2023). This article presents a systematic review of peer‑reviewed literature published between 2010 and 2024 that examines associations between MSPs and three key health outcomes: sexually transmitted infections (STIs), mental‑health disorders, and adverse reproductive outcomes. The memories are bittersweet, a reminder of what you had and what you've lost. Or, picture yourself at a cemetery, standing in front of a loved one's grave, feeling the weight of their absence like a heavy blanket that's suffocating you. The pain is overwhelming, a mix of grief, guilt, and regret that's hard to process. Nostalgia is a feeling that can make us happy and sad at the same time. It's like taking a trip down memory lane, but it's not always a happy journey. When we look back at past experiences, relationships, and memories, it can be painful, especially if we've lost someone or something important to us. These memories can be like a double-edged sword, bringing both joy and sorrow. We often remember the past as being better than it really was. We forget the hard times an...
