Too much sex improves men lifespan by 50%

Image
Frequent sex improves men life span by 50%, boosts self confidence, improves bonding, and more Writer/source: Prof. Raphael Nyarkotey Obu       Studies have found that frequent sex with a regular partner benefits the body in many ways. The benefits of frequent sex(at least twice weekly) were not found in hookup partners, engaging in promiscuity, casual sex, using sex toys, and masturbation. I have also found from studies that over 80% of women do not reach orgasm through penile-vaginal penetration alone and studies recommend foreplay as a key yardstick to make a woman happier which men do not pay much attention to and we must change (Prof. Nyarkotey, 2022). Recently, I wrote that sex has no time attached.  Some think that men should spend more time exploring their women’s bodies instead of just penetrating them.  I agreed with them as foreplay can hold its own and could be all you need to reach orgasm. The truth is that one study by Herbenick et al.(2017)...

It's better to eat Fufu after 7pm than to eat rice

Image
Author: Prof Nyarkotey Obu Raphael Source: rafaMALL News An article published by myinfo.com.gh which was attributed to one Medical Practitioner who specializes as a dietician, Dr. Ibrahim Osman, says it is dangerous to eat fufu after 4 pm. According to Dr. Osman, fufu takes a long time to digest and therefore needs to be consumed earlier before bedtime.  Speaking to Daakyehene Ofosu Agyeman on TV XYZ a program dubbed My Lawyer My Counselor Dr. Osman added that it is best to eat light food before going to bed. My take on this subject The issue of whether heavy foods can be eaten after 4 pm is a subject of debate. This has led many dieticians and health experts to recommend light foods to clients. This old notion has become the norm.  In this article, there are two main issues for analysis. Can heavy food such as fufu and other local diets be eaten after 4 pm?  Are heavy foods such as fufu bad for our health as compared to light foods at night? What is the scientific just...

Coconut water is healthy but can be harmful when taking in high quantity!

Image
Coconut water contribute to your daily hydration because of its electrolytes- filled. It also increases the hematocrit (blood volume), hemoglobin and erythrocyte levels in the body. However, coconut water is also high in potassium which when taken in high quantity can lead to sudden or severe Hyperkalemia (high potassium level) which in -turn can bring heart palpitations, shortness of breath, chest pain, nausea, or vomiting etc. Coconut water is Not the Ideal drink for Athletes. In case you prefer coconut water for rehydration immediately post work out, then you rather drink plain water. Because coconut water is low in carbohydrate and the amount of sodium plain water is unarguably more than that present in coconut water and obviously it is sodium that aids rehydration. #coconutwater #franappholisticmedicalcentre #doctorofnaturopathicmedicine #holistichealth #greenisthecode

Using saliva as a lubricant can subject you to STI even if you wear condom!

Image
By: Francis Adusepoku K. Appiah, ND  (candidate) Saliva is not a lubricant! The result can upset your vaginal microbiome and leave you susceptible to developing yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. “Any STI in the throat or mouth can be transmitted to the genitals through saliva. Saliva contains digestive enzymes that could prove dangerous to the ecosystem of the sexual organ. Bacterias in saliva is different from those in the vagina, and its introduction to the reproductive organ could lead to yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. There have even been individuals who prefer to use saliva over lubricants, according to a review of studies on lubricant use published in 2022 in Sexual and Reproductive Health Matters. However, saliva is not considered to be a good alternative to use during vaginal or anal sex if you or your partner don't have any lubricants on hand. REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT USE SALIVA AS A LUBRICANT Sexually Transmitted Infections Can Be Spread Through Saliva ...

Intense eye contact can make you cum or have sexual arousal

Introduction Eye gaze is a rich source of social information. Much research has shown that gaze direction is particularly useful to understand where someone’s attention is focused (e.g., Friesen and Kingstone, 1998; Hietanen, 1999; Frischen et al.,  A study was demonstrated that arousal from eye contact is associated with the sending and receiving of gaze signals, and as the ability to also exchange gaze signals. Indeed, humans have evolved to have eyes that are easily tracked, where our dark pupil is centered on a white sclera (Kobayashi and Kohshima, 1997). This high contrast between the pupil and sclera makes it easy for others to decipher in which direction the eyes are moving. In fact, the Researchers showed that humans are as accurate as 1° of visual angle in determining others’ eye movements (Anderson et al., 2011). The high contrast of the eyes also attracts attention due to the complexity of the information the eyes portray. This attention-capturing effect of gaze ha...

Breastfeeding and saliva

Your baby's saliva is a messenger service!🩺❣️👇👇  When your baby is breastfeeding, their saliva enters your body through the nipple and tells your body exactly what it needs. Breastfeeding is a private conversation between mother and baby where your baby asks and promptly receives what they need.   The composition of breastmilk changes in response to your baby’s saliva; if pathogens are detected, your body creates antibodies to fight the infection and those antibodies travel through breast milk back into your baby. The same goes for nutritional composition; breastmilk changes every day, according to the specific, individual needs of your baby.   Your breastmilk is an ever changing, bespoke recipe that’s guided by your baby’s nutritional and immunological needs.  It’s really important to make sure you are eating and drinking enough when you’re breastfeeding. This is the fuel your body uses to make milk and gives you energy. As much as possible, opt for food that...
